We value our customers and strive to ensure satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your fine jewelry purchase, we are happy to offer returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges

• Time Frame: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your item.
• Condition of Items: Jewelry must be in unused, unworn, and original condition, with all original packaging and certificates included. Custom-made, personalized, or engraved items are non-refundable and not eligible for return or exchange.
• Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase is required for any return or exchange.

Non-Refundable Items

Custom orders, engraved jewelry, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

• Contact Us: Please contact us at info@ladiamond.com with your order number to initiate the return process.
• Return Shipping: We provide a pre-paid insured shipping label at no cost to the customer. Simply follow the instructions we provide after initiating the return process.
• Inspection & Approval: Once your return is received, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the return criteria. You will be notified once the return is approved.
• Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed once approved.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please contact our team. Exchanges are processed following the return of the original item and are subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund. Please provide a photo of the damage or defect for review.
